IBOToolbox is built to help creators, website owners, publishers, freelancers, marketers, and online communities promote their work, discover useful resources, participate in marketplace activities, and earn or use platform credits.
To keep the platform useful and trustworthy for everyone, all members are expected to follow these Community Rules.
These rules apply to activity across IBOToolbox, including profiles, website promotions, traffic exchange, tasks, social activities, marketplace listings, comments, submitted links, promotional campaigns, rewards, and other community features.
By using IBOToolbox, you agree to participate responsibly and respect other members, third-party platforms, and applicable laws.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other members with respect.
Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, targeted abuse, impersonation, or deliberately disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Disagreements may happen, but members should communicate professionally and avoid behavior intended to intimidate, deceive, or harm others.
2. Share Legitimate Content
Only submit websites, links, campaigns, offers, tasks, or content that you have permission to promote.
Content must not intentionally distribute malware, phishing pages, deceptive downloads, fraudulent offers, or other material designed to compromise another person's device, account, or personal information.
Members are responsible for the content they submit and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and the policies of relevant third-party services.
3. No Spam or Platform Abuse
IBOToolbox should not be used for excessive spam, misleading promotions, or artificial manipulation.
Members must not create large numbers of accounts to gain unfair rewards, repeatedly submit substantially identical content to manipulate visibility, exploit platform errors, or deliberately interfere with normal platform operation.
Automated activity that has not been expressly permitted by IBOToolbox may also be restricted.
4. Keep Rewards Fair
Credits and rewards are intended to support genuine participation within the IBOToolbox ecosystem.
Members must not attempt to manipulate reward systems through bots, unauthorized automation, duplicate accounts, false task completion, fabricated evidence, coordinated abuse, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
When proof is required for a task, members should provide accurate and authentic information.
Fraudulent activity may result in rewards being reversed and the related account being restricted.
5. Responsible Website Promotion
Website owners are responsible for ensuring that pages promoted through IBOToolbox are suitable for the audience receiving them.
Campaigns should lead users to the destination that was represented when the campaign was submitted.
Misleading redirects, forced downloads, malicious scripts, phishing pages, or other deceptive techniques are prohibited.
Website owners should also confirm that their participation in traffic or promotional programs is compatible with the rules of any advertising, analytics, hosting, affiliate, or monetization services they use.
IBOToolbox does not guarantee that traffic generated through the platform will qualify for or comply with the requirements of any third-party advertising or monetization provider.
6. Marketplace Integrity
Marketplace listings should accurately describe the service, promotion, or opportunity being offered.
Members must not intentionally misrepresent pricing, expected results, delivery conditions, qualifications, or the nature of a service.
Buyers and sellers should communicate clearly and fulfill legitimate commitments made through marketplace activities.
IBOToolbox may review marketplace activity when necessary to protect users or maintain platform integrity.
7. Respect Third-Party Platform Rules
IBOToolbox may provide tools or features related to external websites and social platforms.
Using IBOToolbox does not override the terms, community standards, advertising policies, or acceptable-use requirements of those third-party services.
Members are responsible for understanding and following the rules of every external platform they use.
Never use IBOToolbox to encourage another member to violate a third-party platform's policies.
8. Protect Privacy & Personal Information
Respect the privacy of other users.
Do not publicly share another person's passwords, private messages, financial information, identification documents, home address, or other sensitive personal information without proper authorization.
Never request account passwords or security credentials as proof of task completion.
IBOToolbox will never require members to disclose passwords to other community members.
9. Intellectual Property
Only upload or distribute material that you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to share.
Do not knowingly use IBOToolbox to distribute copyrighted material, trademarks, images, videos, software, or other intellectual property in ways that violate the rights of their owners.
Rights holders may contact IBOToolbox regarding material they believe infringes their rights.
10. Advertising-Friendly Community Standards
IBOToolbox aims to maintain an environment suitable for a broad audience, legitimate creators, businesses, publishers, and advertising partners.
Content primarily involving illegal activities, dangerous deception, malicious software, fraudulent schemes, or other material that violates applicable platform policies may be rejected or removed.
We may also restrict content when its presence creates significant safety, legal, advertising, or platform-integrity concerns.
11. Report Problems Responsibly
If you discover suspicious activity, fraudulent listings, abusive users, broken functionality, or a possible security vulnerability, please report it through the appropriate IBOToolbox support or Contact Center channel.
Do not exploit a technical problem for personal benefit.
Responsible reports help us investigate problems and improve the experience for everyone.
12. Enforcement
IBOToolbox may review content and account activity when necessary to enforce these rules.
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, actions may include content removal, campaign rejection, reward adjustment, marketplace restrictions, temporary account limitations, suspension, or account termination.
Serious or repeated violations may result in stronger enforcement without prior warning where necessary to protect users or the platform.
