Website owners remain responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods comply with the policies of any advertising, analytics, hosting, social-media, or monetization services they use.
6. Advertising and Monetized Websites
Users are responsible for determining whether traffic received through IBOToolbox is appropriate for their websites and compatible with the policies of their advertising or monetization providers.
IBOToolbox does not guarantee that traffic-exchange activity is acceptable under the policies of Google AdSense, another advertising network, affiliate program, analytics provider, or third-party monetization service.
Users should review the applicable provider's current policies before promoting monetized pages through any traffic or promotional system.

9. Refunds

Services that have already been delivered, credits that have already been consumed, completed promotional campaigns, or completed digital services may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability
